What are the pricing options?

We offer straightforward pricing with flexibility to work with your trade cycles. The annual fee includes access to the SmartPortal, ongoing customer support and troubleshooting, and the hardware fee includes the system and the lifetime parts warranty. Large fleets can also ask about enterprise pricing.

We do not have any hidden fees. Our pricing includes a one-time hardware fee and monthly or annual payment options. Our fees include the cost of installation, access for unlimited users to our SmartPortal, replacement parts with our lifetime parts warranty, and troubleshooting support available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Your Customer Success Manager will work with you to determine the appropriate initial purchase or trial of Idle Smart units for your fleet. Additionally, they provide expert guidance about the parameters and settings needed to maximize the value of Idle Smart.
