What are the pricing options?

We offer straightforward subscription pricing with flexibility to pay annually or monthly. The subscription fee includes the cost of installation, access for unlimited users to our SmartPortal, replacement parts with our lifetime parts warranty, and troubleshooting support 7 days a week.

We do not currently offer a free trial. However, we follow TMC’s recommendations and suggest fleets initially put Idle Smart on a minimum of 10% of their OTR trucks in order to determine the appropriate parameters and settings needed to maximize the value of Idle Smart.

Yes! We understand that large fleets have unique needs. We encourage you to contact our team to discuss Enterprise pricing. We also offer volume discounts on our Smart+ and SmartInsights add-ons. The per-unit monthly cost for these advanced features decreases as your fleet size grows, making our solutions even more cost-effective for larger operations.

Idle Smart designed the SmartPortal to give you complete control and visibility without restrictive limits. We do not impose limitations on the number of users you can add to your SmartPortal, ensuring your entire team can access crucial data. Our system also provides ample data storage for your fleet’s operational metrics and historical insights.

Your success is our priority. Each subscription customer will have a dedicated Customer Success Manager to ensure value throughout your journey, including installation guidance, ongoing training, and executive reporting to ensure full value from the Idle Smart system.
